Why Am I A Senior Real Estate Specialist?

When I first started in the real estate business in 1978, prospective buyers would come into my office to sit and thumb through the Multiple Listing book in person. It was the Holy Grail- information that they sorely needed in their home search and of which I was a custodian.

That process was an opportunity to converse, listen and learn more about their actual needs and desires. From that exchange I was able to develop a real bond of understanding. Those connections were the keys to a successful transaction. Creating a bridge between me and someone in need of the services that I provide is extremely rewarding.

The nature of the real estate business has changed quite a bit through the course of my career- so much of the work of your average realtor today is handled online and through email; Buyers and Sellers find information with a few mouse clicks, not necessarily understanding that there exists a great deal of misinformation on the internet.

My business today is focused on personally connecting with individuals in their fifties and beyond. I provide services that assist in downsizing, promote safety, reduce maintenance and increase affordability in search of a better future.
