About Me

I am the type of person who is willing to identify my strengths and weaknesses. I've made a career of playing to my strengths, and aligning myself with others who compensate for the areas in which I'm weak. It is from that base of experience that my real estate business has gained a renewed focus. My work is helping individuals in their fifties and beyond overcome the obstacles of downsizing real estate holdings and handling the transitional changes to a safe and affordable lifestyle.

Born and raised in the Granite State, I am a graduate of Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro and the University of New Hampshire in Durham.  First licensed as a realtor in 1978,  I bring over three decades of knowledge across the breadth of the real estate industry. I have worked as a residential real estate agent, the President of a mortgage company, a general contractor and everything in between. During this time I have developed a professional approach both personal and resourceful in order to promote my clients best interests.

I am extremely proud of the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation that I hold with the National Association of Realtors.  As a SRES,  I have received specialized education to help those aged 50+ through lifestyle transitions involving relocation, purchasing second homes, downsizing, refinancing and selling the family home.  I provide my customers with a customized approach to their real estate needs. My team and I offer you the opportunity to complete a real estate transaction with the patience, professionalism, and expertise you deserve.

An active baby-boomer myself,  I enjoy all that the NH Seacoast and Lakes Region has to offer. I live in a beautiful lake home just north of Rochester, that my wonderful wife Emily and I designed and built.  My love for New Hampshire, deep knowledge of the area, and experience in all sides of the real estate business make me the ideal resource for those seeking expert advice. I look forward to working with you and your family.
